Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kelly and team were very responsive and easy to work with. What I admired most about their team is that they take so much pride in their work. We are currently working on a facility in Playa, and their team did everything perfect and in a timely manner. Thank you Kelly and Jamie

Verified It is a rare occurrence to rate a company with 5 stars! From the owner to the site employee, customer service is their focus! The building in which I reside has never been so clean since we join with K&P Janitorial Services. Should there be a concern ( rare) the response is immediate! As HOA Board president believe me I would know! I have no reservations in recommending this company.

Verified I am on the HOA Board for our building of 58 units in Rolling Hills Estates, Ca. and we have employed K & P Janitorial Services for 2 years now. I can't say enough about the quality of this company & the people it employs! Our porter, Mirta, treats our place like it's her own! She keeps everything spotless, she is reliable, and she is exceptionally responsive & easy to communicate with when we need anything extra. Her manager, Jesus, will answer the phone night and day & he gets back to us immediately to answer any special requests. The owner, Kelly, checks in with us regularly to make sure we are completely satisfied. This is a top-notch company with very reasonable rates! I highly recommend them!

Verified I have known Kelly Lynch and K & P Janitorial Services for over 25 years and I refer them exclusively to anyone who asks about great janitorial services. I do it because I know they will never let me or the client down and will make me look good for making a great referral. Personally, they have been servicing my HOA's pool area for over 15 years, and even long after I have stepped down from the board, the HOA continues to keep them here working. It is no surprise to know that they can count some of the biggest and best known companies among their happy clients. You can't go wrong hiring these great professionals.
